What Is a VIP Day?

A VIP Day is an intensive, on-the-clock, done-for-you session for your punch-list priorities, guaranteeing the fastest turnaround.

Your day will be completely tailored to you and what you want to accomplish.

We’ll strategize together, decide on your priorities and then hit the ground running.

I work fast, and you are actively involved by giving feedback when needed throughout the day and by submitting your deliverables well before the day starts.


How Does It Work?

  • You schedule your VIP day (at least one month ahead of time)
  • You schedule a kick-off call within a week of your booking to discuss your project and goals
  • You receive a contract, an NDA (if needed) and an invoice
  • You pay a 50% deposit to secure your spot
  • You gather the deliverables (content, visuals…) needed to tackle your project
  • Once everything is received, you’ll pay the remaining 50%
  • One day prior, we’ll schedule a quick call to go over last-minute details
  • On the VIP day, I get to work, and you are available for immediate feedback and check-ins throughout the day (via Asana, text messaging or whatever works for you)
  • You receive one hour of aftercare (in-scope revisions) regarding the work done (no new tasks)
