Tekla was responsible for English to German localization on my team at Audible. She was instrumental in helping us build a voice for the German marketplace and maintained a high bar for framing the product’s value to our customers. She brought in deep industry knowledge and a visionary perspective, ensuring our customers understood the value Audible provided throughout every aspect of our experience. Tekla was seen as a leader not just by me but by every one of her peers. I truly cannot recommend Tekla enough as a team member and guiding light that can set a visionary tone for the voice of our product in Germany. 

It was truly a pleasure working with Tekla. Her reliability and professionalism are qualities I deeply admire. Tekla made a pivotal contribution to training our internal LLM-based translation tool for the German language that significantly improved the model’s output. She also created language-specific style guides and glossaries and took ownership of compiling legal terminology for all 12 supported languages.
